Personal Strength & Fitness privates are individually tailored one on one lessons that are used to address specific fitness, health or physical rehabilitation issues using authentic tai chi and qigong movement as therapy. The exercises are intended to rebuild strength and flexibility needed to provide natural energy flow to the affected area of the body.
Common Core Tai Chi Fitness privates are one on one lessons designed to get started off on the right foot. If you are intimidated by the idea of jumping right into the group class, try taking a series of private lessons. You will be taken step by step through the foundations of breath, posture and movement. Gradually you will begin to feel more comfortable as your practice becomes more relaxed and natural. Taking one step at a time you will quickly build the confidence and strength to study in a group setting with others that may have more experience than you.
Shibashi Qigong Instructor Certification training privates are designed to help the dedicated Shibashi Qigong student gain the ability to become an Official Certified Tai Chi Qigong Instructor as quickly as possible. Coaching involves forms and breath coordination training. Qigong Mode and Tai Chi Posture requirements training, Coaching in how to most quickly complete the necessary requirements to successfully take and pass the instructors certification exam. Available for Shibashi Levels 1 & 2
