Ongoing Tai Chi Qigong class series.  New 4 or 5 week series starts 1st week of each month.  
Monday 9:00am

Step by step instruction in the fundamentals of Tai Chi Qigong. 18 Forms Shibashi qigong routine serves as the foundation for improving breathing, posture and flexibility while reducing stress. Ideal for cultivating stronger mind body health using gentle flowing body movements that are easy to learn and a pleasure to practice daily.  This class prepares the dedicated student for class leadership role and eventual qigong instructor certification.  Standard class involves 50 minutes of active movement while standing.

This class is presented by the City of Aliso Viejo.

This exercise routine is ideal for cultivating stronger mind body health using gentle flowing body movements that are easy to learn and a pleasure to practice daily. In this class students are taught how to do the exercises in the specific way unique to tai chi and qigong that allows the body to accelerate it’s own rebalancing and self healing abilities.

Standard class involves 50 minutes of active movement while standing. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing and flat sole closed toe shoes. Please be respectful of others that may be sensitive to fragrance and refrain from wearing parfume or lotion that might interfere with the class.
