Common Core Tai Chi Chuan Class

Are you tired of doing empty forms? Is your body telling you to find something that actually works?  Are you ready begin training your CORE in a new way that will make permanent positive changes to your body and health? Ryan will lead this weekly class.

Class Policy:
Normal interactive close physical contact will occur regularly between attendees. All participants are required to be self responsible about their health and participation with the group. DO NOT come to class if you have a fever, have any ill symptoms or don’t feel well. Anyone exhibiting ANY ill symptoms will be required to leave immediately until fully recovered. Protecting the integrity and sound physical and mental health of this group is the TOP priority.
