Lake Forest -Qigong for Young Adults (18-30)

Ages 18 – 30. This class is a meetup for the next generation of qigong leaders and health professionals. This is not a seniors paced exercise class.

Each week we meet under the shade of the trees and train the Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi 18 forms method passed down through **Master Wing Cheung **creator of the Tai Chi Qigong Feng Shui Institute Academy through which he has instructed hundreds of teachers worldwide and certified many of them.

The 18 forms Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi routine serves as the foundation for improving mental focus, body awareness and overall athletic performance. This exercise routine is ideal for cultivating stronger mind body connection using gentle flowing body movements that are easy to learn and a pleasure to practice daily.

Participation in this class provides exposure to official academy coursework material and can greatly speed up the learning process for those that are looking to deepen their personal practice or may be interested in training to become official certified qigong instructors.

No previous experience necessary, however basic general physical fitness is required to participate. Expect 50 minutes of active movement while standing. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing that allows movement and flat sole closed toe shoes.

Group class is led by: Senior US. Certified Instructor Ryan Lee & Level 1 Certified Instructor Chloe Lee
