Private lessons are a great way to get started off on the right foot. If you are intimidated by the idea of jumping right into group classes, try taking a series of private lessons. You will be taken step by step through the foundations of breath, posture and movement. Gradually you will begin to feel more comfortable as your practice becomes more relaxed and natural. Taken one step at a time you will quickly build the confidence and strength to study in a group setting. Private instruction may include personal hands on form and posture corrections that are specific to each individuals physical condition, body type and understanding of correct movement principles.
